Time Saving Option
No time to wait? Use one of our convenient electronic drop-off option to have your taxes prepared while you go about your daily activities.
- Clients can drop-off documents electronically. If you have access to smart phone, or scanner, simply upload them to our secure servers.
- A Tax Advisor is notified the documents are uploaded automatically.
- Tax Advisor consults with the client via phone, email, chat or any video conferencing platform the client wishes to use, to answer any questions that may arise.
- Client signs and pays for their taxes electronically.
- Tax returns are typically filed in less than 72 hours from receiving all documents.
- Client receives a copy of their filed return, either electronically, by paper, or both.

We now offer secure contactless drop-off service as the newest addition to our services. Located in the hall outside our office entrance there is a locked drop-off box; complete with security camera with motion sensor, and a doorbell to alert us there are documents to be retrieved.
Interested in Professional Tax Preparation but can’t get to an office?
Now you can get professional tax preparation and choose to use our courier service*. We have our own assigned driver, and will provide you a picture of the driver if needed. Courier will be able to collect signatures, take payment and return your documents to us securely.
*Courier service is in our local area, please call and check if you are within our service area. Small fee applies.
Our most popular service is Sit with Us. However, due to COVID-19 we are have some modifications to this service. Clients are welcome to have a seat in our hallway, (Madison, Location, or waiting room Columbus Location), or run errands as we prepare their taxes. We can conduct a telephone interview to get your taxes completed. Sit with us service requires an appointment.
With our Sit with Us service your taxes are often completed and filed in as little as one hour!
We are making every effort to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy. NumberWise Tax will be offering to all new and current clients the ability to electronically submit tax documents through our secure servers, in lieu of coming into our offices. Thank you for your continued support!

At Number Wise Tax Service you may pay tax preparation fees by Cash, Check, ACH, PayPal, or by Debit/Credit.

All your tax documents can be uploaded to secure storage called Client Xchange. The Client Xchange allows access to your tax documents for four years. OR
